Luxury Residence Club Resales is a professionally licensed real estate brokerage located in Scottsdale, AZ established specifically to serve Four Seasons Residence Club owners at Aviara and Scottsdale. LRCR is owned and operated by SmartChoice Timeshare Resales, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company founded by Judith A. (Judy) Rulli, Manager and Designated Broker.
Since 1996, SmartChoice Timeshare Resales has been a leader in the vacation ownership industry specializing in resales and weekly rentals at select resorts in Arizona, Southern California and Hawaii including Four Seasons Residence Clubs.
As a separate division, Luxury Residence Club Resales works exclusively with Four Seasons Residence Club ownerships. Our mission is to operate a highly-effective resale and rental service for Residence Club owners in a manner consistent with the exceptional customer service standards established by Four Seasons.
Judy Rulli, Designated Broker, entered the timeshare industry in 1978. In addition to extensive sales and marketing experience, she has served as General Manager of Scottsdale Camelback Resort and Regional Account Executive for Resort Condominiums International (RCI). In 1990, she established the first on-site resale program in the state of Arizona.
She has also played significant roles in managing and marketing large resorts and master-planned communities including McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, named one of the top five master-planned communities in the country by the National Association of Home Builders.
In 1996, she established SmartChoice Timeshare Resales to offer the benefits of her knowledge and experience to owners making decisions related to buying and selling timeshares and is a licensed real estate broker in both Arizona and California.
