Ownership is deeded on a fixed-unit, fixed-week basis in either a 2-bedroom lockoff villa or a 1-bedroom unit.  You may occupy the unit and week purchased or use Hyatt Vacation Club points to reserve full weeks or shorter stays in various-sized units at Hyatt Pinon Pointe or in any Hyatt Vacation Club resort.  Resale purchases are not eligible for the Hyatt Gold Passport (hotel) program.
